トライアルプレイスメントは、お子さまの英語力を正確に把握し、最適なクラスをご案内するために実施しております。保護者の方には、指示内容の確認など必要に応じてお子さまをサポートしていただいて構いませんが、設問への回答については、お子さまご自身で行っていただきますようお願いいたします。また、すべての質問には英語のみでお答えください。

This form is intended only for students who have completed the trial lesson application process.
If we are unable to confirm a corresponding trial lesson application, we will not be able to proceed with further guidance or registration procedures.
Please also note that submissions made without a trial lesson application will not be accepted.

We want to have a clear understanding of your child's English ability so that we can place them in the class that will best suit their needs.
While you can assist them with the instructions, we kindly ask you not to help them answering any of the questions.
